Black girls and women have always thrived in community together. A Mom’Tie is any Black woman who loves, supports, and guides you (your mama, auntie, grannie, godmama, a pastor, a teacher etc). This name honors our villages.

Erika Hardaway has held many roles including Spanish teacher, Instructional Coach, Managing Dean of Students, Family Engagement Specialist, Curriculum Writer, and Education Consultant. Erika's personal mission is to provide space for Black girls and women to tap into the strength of their ancestors to supersede all obstacles in their way.

Abigail prides herself in being a person of and for the people. Like many, she holds a host of personal and professional titles with the most important being mom. This drives her work in dismantling barriers imposed on women within the fitness industry. Abigail diligently works to push systemic barriers for all within her community to reach their full mind and body potential.
